Single homeless people aged over 18. Targeted at clients who may have substance misuse issues, mental health, offending and homelessness. Can accept people with dogs.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

All referral needs to come through the mainstay system.

Referral procedure

Write, phone or call in daily 9am-5pm. Interview. If appropriate, placed on MainStay system - see www.mainstayliverpool.org.uk.

Support and accommodation

Support offered

5 full time, 7 relief staff, 24 hour waking cover. Compulsory keywork system with weekly or fortnightly meetings. Support plans with agreed outcomes. Staff offer support around independent living skills, identity, race and self development, accessing training, education and employment and liaison with specialist agencies.
