Who do we help?

Single homeless people with high / medioum support needs, including people with alcohol, drug or mental health issues, ex-offenders, women with a history of sex working, people with complex needs. Must have a local connection to LB Tower Hamlets. Can accept people with dogs.

Who we cannot help

Those still using non-prescribed drugs or alcohol.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept self and agency referrals via Tower Hamlets HOST.

Referral procedure

Phone Mon-Fri 9.30am-4pm. Application form completed by referral agency. Interview. Require risk assessment. ID preferred. May require additional reports where applicable.

Support offered

8 staff, 24 hour cover. 1:12 staff to resident ratio. Keywork system with weekly meetings initially and then as agreed with resident. Specific information and advice given around substance use, mental health, life skills and resettlement training. Support plan drawn up after a series of assessments, with agreed outcomes, reviewed at least monthly. Group work sessions.
