Women who have been sleeping rough with an identifiable support need who are prepared to participate in a structured programme/s. Can accommodate up to two women with dogs. Applicants must have a local connection to London Borough of Tower Hamlets.

How to get a referral
Referral agencies
All referrals must go via HOST.
Referral procedure
All referrals to be made via Tower Hamlets housing options team. TH Housing options team will assess whether the application meets the criteria for a bed space at the project.
Project does not accept direct referrals.

Support offered
24 hour waking cover. "Residents are expected to discuss their support needs with their key-worker and agree a shared action plan." Key-work sessions (12 residents per key worker) encourage residents to move towards independence.
Residents who have not been in the homeless sector previously will be offered a 28-day assessment bed, this will establish support needs residents may have and whether the project can meet these needs.
Residents have a 'Smart plan' which is used with partner agencies to ensure tenants supported needs are met by joint working with partner agencies.
