Who is the project for?

Who do we help?

Men who have been sleeping rough with an identifiable support need who are prepared to participate in a structured programme/s. Can accommodate up to three men with dogs. Applicants must have a local connection to London Borough of Tower Hamlets.

Who we cannot help

People with a history of arson or violence. Those whose support needs are higher than can be met by the project.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept agency referrals via LB Tower Hamlets HOST.

Referral procedure

Phone Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Application form completed by referral agency. Interview. Require proof of ID, eg birth certificate, medical card. Also require proof of income and current support plan.

Support and accommodation


Support offered

6 full time and 2 part time members of staff based on-site daily 8am-10pm, sleep-in cover and waking night security cover. Keywork system with at least monthly meetings (7 residents per key worker). Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed quarterly. key workers provide support around substance misuse, physical/mental health, life skills, participation, training and education.
