The Castle Service provides accommodation and support for young people aged 16-25 who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept referrals from any agency.

Referral procedure

Phone 9am-5pm Mon-Fri. Application form completed by prospective resident/referral agency prior to the interview. Can also come through inform/salesforce. Require up to date information and risk assessments. Felicity Gibson is in charge of referrals

Support and accommodation


Support offered

3 full time recovery workers at off-site office. Monday to Friday 8am-5pm, emergency on-call system managed by recovery workers. Compulsory keywork system (7 residents per key worker), meetings at least weekly. Support plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed quarterly. Visiting support around housing, health, money, education, training, employment and spiritual issues
