Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Young single homeless people with support needs aged 16-25. Priority to people with a local connection to Cambridgeshire. Target 50% women and 25% people from black and minority ethnic groups.

How to get a referral
Accept referrals from any agency.
Phone 9am-5pm Mon-Fri. Application form completed by prospective resident/referral agency prior to the interview. Can also come through inform/salesforce. Require up to date information and risk assessments.

Support and accommodation
3 full time recovery workers at off-site office. Monday to Friday 8am-5pm, emergency on-call system managed by recovery workers. Compulsory keywork system (7 residents per key worker), meetings at least weekly. Support plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed quarterly. Visiting support around housing, health, money, education, training, employment and spiritual issues
