People aged 18+ who are homeless, threatened with homelessness, or whose current accommodation is not meeting their needs, and are recognised as having support needs, including multiple needs.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

RBKC Single Homeless Team is the gatekeeper to this service. The referrers come self referral, housing options, outreach team, Community Mental Health Team, Probation Service, etc.

Referral procedure

Accept referrals from individuals living in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea through the local Single Homeless Team. They can be contacted on: 0207 3614266

Combination of 24-hour with concierge, 9am to 5pm and visiting support.
