How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept self referrals and referrals from probation, prison, substance misuse services, Futures homescape, Rethink, Adult Care, other agencies.

Referral procedure

Self referral, local authority, probation, external agencies, housing associations. Referral accepted any time or day, Risk and needs assessment will be completed with applicant by Riverside staff, Proof of identification required, applicant will need to sign a disclosure so we can do background checks.

The hostel is 24hrs with no sleep ins, customer in dispersed houses can contact hostel staff any time, Intensive housing management only covering assistance with contacting benefits - support groups/agencies - NHS and signposting., 1 onsite manager, 3 housing officers, 4 concierges, 1 project assistant and 2 night concierge & security assistants.
