Referral procedure

Apply through county wide referral system, interview to discuss support and assess needs. Applicants should speak to their homelessness department for referral advice or call the scheme direct for support in applying.

Support offered

Staff available 24/7. Weekly / Fortnightly /Monthly support sessions depending on need of client. Quarterly reviews. Staff offer support on parenting, life skills, education, employment, anger, self esteem, drugs and alcohol. Counsellor available.

21 cluster rooms with shared lounge and kitchen (16-21 year olds only) , 10 self-contained flats (4 for 16-25 year olds, 6 for 16-21 year olds). 1 emergency bed (referral from LA only).
