Referral agencies

Referrals are varied, homeless team at Council, St Andrews House, Probation, hospital.

Referral procedure

Initial Assessment set up with the staff at the scheme on day of vacancy at scheme, No waiting list is held. Email will be sent to partners when a vacancy arises.

Support offered

18 full time staff, 24 hour waking cover. Person centred approach. scheme works under Trauma Informed Care practices, as well as psychologically informed environments. All customers are allocated a support worker and have 1-1 support through keywork sessions.
