How to get a referral

Referral agencies

ALL referrals, inc direct from prison, L.A.s or hospitals, into our service MUST go through our local Homeless Outreach Support Team (HOST).

Referral procedure

Phone Guildford Homeless Outreach Support Team on 01483 302495. Daily between 9-5.30pm for an assessment of the situation.

Support offered

8 full time staff plus bank workers. key worker system. Staff provide support, including advice on benefits, debt relief, linking to necessary local support services eg addictions, mental health. 2 staff in project per shift. Early shift from 8.00 am-4.00 pm, Late shift from 12.30pm-8.30pm and Awaken Night shift from 8.15 pm-8.15am and weekends from 8am-8.30pm
