Young single homeless people with low to medium support needs. Applicants with a local connection to Merseyside are given priority.
Who we cannot help
Arsonists, sex offenders, Class A drug users and those with a history of violence.

How to get a referral
All referrals via MainStay.
Assessment times at the Powerhouse Mon & Tues 9am-5pm. Appointments can be made by agencies or individuals but people can also just turn up and be seen that day. There may be a wait if an assessment is being carried out. Need ID and proof of benefit.

Support and accommodation
10 full-time staff provide 24 hour waking cover. Support work system (13 residents per worker), weekly meetings. Support plan with agreed outcomes. Staff provide advice and support with employment and training, benefits and life skills.
Single rooms are in flats and have shared kitchen and bathroom.
