Who do we help?

Single homeless people, including those with alcohol, drug, mental health problems, victims of DV and ex-offenders. 70% of allocations are awarded to clients with a local connection to the Guildford Borough area, 30% allocations are reserved for clients with a local connection to Surrey.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency. Surrey Local connection required.

Referral procedure

Phone 01483 504704 for a referral form. Once completed form is received, an assessment interview is held.

Support offered

Staff on call 24 hours daily. key worker system. Support plan with agreed outcomes. "Support is given in all aspects of service user's life, including alcohol, drug, domestic violence and mental health. Daily contact with staff and access to in-house groups." Signposting to specialist agencies.
