How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept referrals from SPACES (Single Persons Accommodation Centre for the Ex-Services). Applicants can refer themselves to SPACES.

Support and accommodation


Support offered

Staff provide 24 hour on-site support. Keywork system (10 residents per worker), with at least fortnightly meetings. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed at least fortnightly. Support around health and wellbeing, living skills, budgeting, benefits, and accessing employment and training. Risk Assessments are completed every quarter, or more often if there is reason to complete another Assessment if the client's health or behaviour warrants a change.

We have one flat with a wet room and one with an en-suite bathroom, the other flats have bathrooms adjacent to their bedrooms.
