How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept referrals from agencies attending the weekly allocations panel. Includes those working with people in prisons.

Referral procedure

Named agency referrals only. Referral through shared local database. Interview and risk assessment. Applications considered at weekly allocations panel.

Support offered

6 full time staff, 3 part time staff. 24 hour waking cover. key worker system with fortnightly meetings. Staff provide practical help and support and referrals to outside agencies.
