Referral agencies

Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.

Referral procedure

Phone or call in any time. Application form. If bed available, allocated arrival time. All vacancies passed first to DMBC Homeless Unit (01302 862043) Mon-Fri 9am-5pm.

Support offered

Minimum 2 staff on duty at all times. Keywork system, meeting on admission and then twice weekly. Staff provide support, information and advice. Pre-tenancy, life skills and other training.
