Young single homeless people aged 16-25 with support needs. A local connection or reconnection must be established through the 16+ Start process before a referral can be made.

Referral agencies

Only accept referrals from Gloucestershire 16+ Start Process, funding through Supporting People Gloucestershire County Council.

Support and accommodation


Support offered

Staff available 24 hours daily, sleep-in cover. Compulsory keywork system (7-8 residents per key worker), keywork meetings twice weekly. Level of support varies according to individual need. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed monthly. Staff help with life skills, including cooking, benefits and hygiene, education and training. Referrals and signposting to relevant agencies.
