Referral agencies

Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency via Sheffield City Councils Supported Housing pathway provision.

Support and accommodation

Support offered

11 full time and 2 part time staff, 24 hour sleep-in cover. Keywork system with meetings at least weekly. Support on emotional and practical issues on one to one and group basis.
