How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept referrals from any agency. Primary referrer is Isle of Wight Council homeless division, others include HM prisons, Cranstoun, IDAS. Self referrals accepted out or hours if necessary.

Referral procedure

Open 24/7. Preferred pathway is via IoW housing - if there is a bed space, same day assessment and offer for initial 28 day stay.

Support offered

Staff offer intensive housing related support with client focused outcomes. Keywork system. All residents are expected to participate in resettlement opportunities, retraining and meaningful activity.
