How to get a referral
Referral agencies
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency. Most referrals come from Braintree District Council. All applications considered by Braintree Supported Housing Joint Referral Panel.
Referral procedure
Call Braintree district council for application form 01376552525. Interview. Require 2 forms of ID, including photo ID. Request background reports where applicable. Applicants or Agencies can apply directly to Braintree Foyer, 01376 343433

Support offered
7 full time staff, 24 hour waking cover. Compulsory keywork system with weekly meetings (approx. 12 residents per key worker). Action plans with agreed outcomes, including external liaison, reviewed every three months. Discovery College program of life skills training AQA Accredited Tenancy sustainment programme
