How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency. Many referrals come via the local authority, Youth Offending Service, Probation, Leaving Care, Social Services and Health.

Referral procedure

Application form completed by referral agency and applicant. Interview and needs assessment. Require proof of ID, 2 references and National insurance number.

Support and accommodation

Support offered

12 contracted staff members, 24 hour waking support. Compulsory support involving regular keywork meetings (13 residents per project worker) and action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed regularly. Staff offer support around independent living skills, emotional and practical concerns and help accessing educational, training and community based welfare services.
