Who do we help?
Single young adults aged between 16 and 25 who are in threat of or experiencing homelessness.
Who we cannot help
No Automatic Exclusions. However, when assessing needs presented on the application form and at interview, professional consideration must be given to being able to provide appropriate support for the applicant, their vulnerability and the vulnerability of existing residents.

Support and accommodation
Support offered
5 support workers and 4 assistant support workers.
24/7 waking staff available
Night Concierge service through the night with on call support available.
Regular one to one key work sessions arranged.
Support provided to meet emotional and physical needs presented, including life skills programme to develop lifeskills for independent living ie. shopping and cooking on a budget benefits, communication and relationships, enjoy and achieve, healthy living.
All support provided in a psychologically informed environment.
