Support offered

35 staff, 24 hour waking cover. Keywork system with weekly meetings and individual support plans. Staff provide support with independent living skills, including budgeting and homecrafts, and help with job seeking and training opportunities. Recreational and educational activities and outings. -Weekly provision of counselling for clients on-site; -Service users’ voice, experience and knowledge contributing to service delivery (via surveys, meetings and 1-1s); -Provision of weekly psycho-social groupwork sessions on-site (Logos, Listen, Learn); -All staff trained in Trauma-Informed Harm Reduction
