        How to get a referral
        
            Referral agencies
            Accept self referrals. Usual referrer to come from Borough Council of King's Lynn and West Norfolk
        
        
            Referral procedure
            Phone or call in daily 24 hours. Applicants need to present at the door or phone daily for information about vacancies. Basic details taken. Application form completed at interview. Risk assessment. Require proof of ID. May require further background information as necessary.

            12 staff, 24 hour waking cover. key worker system (4-6 residents per key worker) with weekly meetings. Action plans with agreed outcomes. Provide advice and support around benefits, housing and independent living skills.
