Single homeless people with support needs, including ex offenders or those at risk of re offending, people with alcohol, drug or mental health problems No local connection required.

Previous arson offences – will depend on age of offence.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals. Usual referrer to come from Borough Council of King's Lynn and West Norfolk
Phone or call in daily 24 hours. Applicants need to present at the door or phone daily for information about vacancies. Basic details taken. Application form completed at interview. Risk assessment. Require proof of ID. May require further background information as necessary.

Support and accommodation
12 staff, 24 hour waking cover. key worker system (4-6 residents per key worker) with weekly meetings. Action plans with agreed outcomes. Provide advice and support around benefits, housing and independent living skills.
13 ensuite bedsit rooms, 5 one bedroom flats
King's Lynn train station - 15 minutes walk.
