Who do we help?

Single homeless people, homeless couples and homeless families with a range of support and sustaining accommodation development needs. No local connection required. No pets.

Who we cannot help

As the service accommodates children and adults they may have previously been a victim / subjected to Sexual Abuse, highly unlikely an offer of accommodation would be made to know and or convicted Sex Offenders. Known, active Arsonists would not be considered.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Only accept referrals from Hastings Borough Council Housing Options.

Referral procedure

Phone or call in at Hastings Borough Council Housing Options Mon-Fri 10am-4pm. Assessment and interview by Council. A further assessment and interview is carried out by service.

Service is staff 24/7/365. 08.15hrs – 21.30hrs Project Worker cover, providing 1221 keywork meetings to clients. 21.30hrs – 08.30hrs Security Officer on site.
