16-25 years old, housing related support needs, substance misuse, care leavers, mental health, autistic spectrum, learning difficulties, young offenders, probation, young single homeless. Vulnerable to exploitation. Client to agree to and sign a support agreement. Priority to applicants with local connection.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency. All referrals are to be sent via Southend Access Point.

Referral procedure

Contact Southend Access Point Mon-Fri 9am - 4pm. Application form filled in prior to interview. Signpost applicant to other services if they are unsuccessful.

Support offered

Stanier House/Mallard Court - 5 Project Workers available daily 8am - 10pm, Concierge on site and on call support at night. Centurion House staffed weekdays 9-5. Concierge on site and on call support at night.
