High Risk schedule 1 offenders to be referred through multi Agency Rick Panel assessment.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency. Can accept referrals from prison.

Referral procedure

Phone daily 9am-10pm to book interview. Need proof of ID and history.

Support offered

24 hour sleep in cover. Key worker system with weekly meetings. Personal development programme and recreation programme. Stages system, daily morning meetings.
