How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept referrals from approved list of agencies. Many referrals from Herts Young Homeless Group.

Referral procedure

The agency completes the form and RA, not applicant. We do not accept self-referrals. Any referral made for an applicant under the age of 18 years old, must be accompanied with a Targeted Youth Support risk assessment. Those under the age of 18 years old, will need to be accompanied by a social worker/support agency, when attending the interview.

Support offered

Support staff available Mon-Fri 8am-8pm, security staff Mon-Fri 8pm-8am and at weekends. Compulsory keywork system with monthly meetings. Support plans focus on preparing for independent living.

The hostel is split into three flats, six rooms in a flat , they share a bathroom with a toilet and a single toiet . They also share the kitchen
