Who is the project for?

Who do we help?

Works with anyone who is either homeless or threatened with homelessness to try and enable them to stay in their homes or to help find them alternative accommodation. Prevention and advice can include:- •Mediation in landlord and tenant disputes. •Advice and information. •Assistance with housing benefit enquiries and forms. •Referrals to other agencies for support, mediation and temporary accommodation.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept self-referrals and referrals from any agency, ask that all services adopt the duty to refer. Young Person's Pathway Hub is the route for 16-25 year olds.

Appointments are available... •Monday 9.30am – 1.00pm •Tuesday 9.30am – 1.00pm •Wednesday 10.00am – 1.30pm •Thursday 9.30am – 1.00pm •Friday 10.00am – 11.30am

Support and accommodation


Support offered

8 full time equivalent staff (Housing Options Manager, Housing Options Supervisor, Housing Options officers, Private Sector Officer, Rough Sleeper Co-ordinator & administration assistant) based off-site but visit residents weekly. Emergency on-call system. Staff provide practical support around a range of issues, including housing, independent living skills, managing money, accessing benefits, and training/employment opportunities.

10 General needs accommodation bed spaces in self contained units available, and an additional 3 spaces for Young Persons Pathway. Additional to this we have two general needs flats available.
