How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept self referrals or referrals from any agency.

Referral procedure

Phone daily 9am-8pm. Informal visit first, then application form completed before interview. Referral support form if an agency is involved. Decisions made at weekly team meeting.

4 full time staff, 24 hour cover. key worker system. Staff provide support around basic practical skills, emotional development and confidence building.
