Shelter Legal Team: Legal advice on issues such as homelessness (challenging negative decisions/county court appeals), notice seeking possession, evictions, representation for possession of property proceedings, unlawful evictions. Shelter Community Services Team: Advice on housing related issues including homelessness, challenging suitability of temporary accommodation, unsuitable offers of accommodation, severe disrepair issues, unlawful eviction/harassment.

Our legal team can help you if you are eligible for Legal Aid, for example, if you need to go to court about a housing problem or to challenge a council’s homelessness decision.
