How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Only accept referrals from LB Redbridge Housing Advice Centre, Redbridge Welcome Centre, Redbridge Drugs & Alcohol Service, other Redbridge SHP services (who operate within the POC pathway, ie Stepdown & Hawk) and No Second Night Out and SORT.

Referral procedure

Referral agencies complete the Homelessness Common Assessment form and email to JLH. Assessment interview. If accepted, put on waiting list.

Support offered

Minimum 2 members of staff on duty at all times, waking night cover. Staff provide wrap around support, resettlement advice and information to residents. Life skills programme including budgeting, healthy living, cookery. Other activities include art, gardening and computer skills.
