How to get a referral

Referral agencies

General bed and substance misuse unit referrals through CHAIN . Mental health unit referrals through Westminster community mental health teams and JHT.

Referral procedure

Referrals submitted through Westminster on CHAIN. Interview are conducted before accepted. These interviews can be flexible regarding location, e.g. on site, via video calls, at day centres, hospital, prison etc.

Support offered

16 staff, 24 hour waking cover, minimum of 3 staff on duty. Staff offer intensive housing management and individual support. 9 staff are responsible for key-work, average of 8-10 residents per key worker. Hostel has close working relationships with a range of local statutory and voluntary agencies. Life skills training programme. Mental health crisis beds and substance misuse unit have higher support.
