How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Only accept referrals via Street Homeless Prevention Team and Patrick House.

Referral procedure

Call in to Two Saints Day Centre for Street Homeless Prevention Team Mon, Wed or Fri 9am-11am. Application form and interview.

Support and accommodation

Support offered

17 full time staff, 24 hour waking cover. Keywork system with weekly meetings. Staff provide intensive housing management, support around identifying and securing move-on accommodation and liaison with and referrals to other agencies.
