How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept referrals from any agency with Supporting People referral form. 16-18 year olds and care leavers must be referred by targeted Youth Support or Social Services.

Referral procedure

Application form and interviews. Require Supporting People papers. Take current resident mix into account when deciding on applications.

4 full time and 2 part time staff, sleep-in cover. key worker system with regular meetings. Staff offer help with life skills, counselling, benefits applications, access to education and training.
