How to get a referral

Referral agencies

All referrals come via the IOW Single Homelessness Pathway within the LA.

Referral procedure

All referrals are received through the new IOW Single Homelessness Pathway. First point of contact should be the IOW Housing Services Department 01983 823040.

Support offered

Waking staff available 24 /7 (security team overnight and on call manager function). Support Workers who key work a caseload of residents available from 8am - 10pm, regular 121 sessions held covering topics relating to independent living e.g., cooking, budgeting, benefits, cleaning, EET etc.
