Who do we help?

Single homeless men and women with support needs, including those with alcohol, drug or mental health problems who have some existing support. Priority given to those with a local connection to Luton.

Who we cannot help

History of arson or violence. Needs too high.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency including: Luton Borough Council, probation service, police, prison, Homeless Partnership, mental health services, drug and alcohol services and social service.

Referral procedure

Call in, phone Mon-Fri 9am-5pm or write for application form, completed by applicant (and referral agency if applicable). Interview, needs and risk assessment. Require proof of ID for eligibility for benefits, eg NI card, passport.

Support and accommodation


Support offered

1 full time and 1 part time staff, waking night cover. Key-work system with meetings held weekly. Support plans reviewed monthly. Staff offer advice and support with independent living skills, health issues, liaising with specialist support agencies.
