The hostel accommodates homeless women with support needs, including those with alcohol, drug or mental health problems who have some existing support.

History of arson, violence, or sex offence. Needs too high.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept self referrals and referrals from any agencyincluding: Luton Borough Council, probation service,police, prison, Homeless Partnership, mental healthservices, drug and alcohol services and social services.

Referral procedure

Call in, phone Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, complete a contact form on our website or email a form completed by the applicant (and referral agency if applicable). Interview, needs and risk assessment. Require proof of ID for eligibility for benefits, eg NI card, passport.

1 full time and 1 part time staff, waking night cover. Keywork system with meetings held weekly. Support plans reviewed monthly. Staff offer advice and support with independent living skills, health issues, liaising with specialist support agencies, acces
