Who do we help?
Single homeless men and women aged between 18-75 with support needs, including those with alcohol, drug or mental health challenges and ex-offenders. We also accept couples and working people.

History of arson or violence.

How to get a referral
Referral agencies
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency including: Luton Borough Council, probation service, police, prison, Homeless Partnership, mental health services, drug and alcohol services and social service.
Referral procedure
Call in, phone Mon-Fri 9am-5pm or write for application form, completed by applicant (and referral agency if applicable). Interview, needs and risk assessment. Require proof of ID for eligibility for benefits, eg NI card, passport.

Support offered
1 full time equivalent staff member. 5 hours support per client and coaching sessions on a weekly basis as well as house meetings once a month. The outcome stars reviewed every 3 months and when need be. Staff offer advice and support with independent living skills, health issues, liaising with specialist support agencies as well as delivering various workshops to support on this area.
