Referral agencies

Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency via Youthline.

Referral procedure

Phone Youthline (0300 303 0099, 24 hours daily) which is a partnership between St Basils and 4 other organisations. Interview, needs and risk assessment. Placed on pre-registered list if suitable. When vacancy arises The Link carry out up to date background checks before placement.

7 full time staff: - 5 Allocated Progression Coach (7 residents per Coach), monthly meetings. support package via Outcomes Star with agreed outcomes, reviewed quarterly. Staff provide advice and support around life skills, budgeting, accessing benefits, cooking, hygiene, sexual health and addressing substance misuse issues. surgeries around family mediation, employment, education and training.
