Young people aged 16-25 with support needs who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Can accept a limited number of couples. Can accept people with dogs. No local connection required.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency via St Basils Link or Youthline.

Referral procedure

Phone St Basils Link Mon-Fri 9am-5pm Mon-Fri, or Youthline 0300 303 0099, 24 hours daily which is a partnership between St Basils and 4 other organisations. Interview, and needs and risk assessment at The Link. Placed on pre-registered list if suitable. When vacancy arises The Link carry out up to date background checks.

Support and accommodation


Support offered

3 full time staff, 24 hour cover. Key-work system (4 residents per worker), weekly key-work meetings initially, then frequency by mutual agreement. Key-work covers benefits advice, care plans, education, training and employment opportunities, confidence building, living skills, family mediation and resettlement support.
