Young single people aged 16-25 with support needs who are homeless or are at risk of homelessness. Must have a proven level of independence before moving in. No local connection required.

Unmanaged addictions. Schedule 1 offenders. Sex offence.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency via St Basils Link.

Referral procedure

Phone St Basils Link Mon-Fri 9am-5pm or Youthline (0300 303 0099, 24 hours daily) which is a partnership between St Basils and 4 other organisations. Interview, and needs and risk assessment at St Basils Youth Hub. Placed on pre-registered list if suitable. When vacancy arises, The Youth Hub carry out up-to-date background checks.

Support offered

Staff based off-site, emergency on-call system. Keywork system, monthly meetings. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed quarterly. Staff provide support with life skills, budgeting, accessing benefits, cooking, hygiene and sexual health. In-house Employability service
