Who do we help?

Young single people aged 18-25 with support needs who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Local connection not required. 24 bed spaces available. 13 direct access and 12 in the Transition Hub (Multiple Complex Needs).

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Only accept referrals from St Basils Youth Hub and do not accept direct referrals.

Referral procedure

Phone St Basils Link Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, or Youthline 0300 303 0099 daily 24 hours - this is a partnership between St Basils and 4 other organisations. Interview, and needs and risk assessment at The Link. Placed on pre-registered list if suitable. When vacancy arises The Link carries out up to date background checks.

Support and accommodation


Support offered

15 full time staff, night wake cover. Support workers provide support, advice and guidance. Workshops provide support around life skills, budgeting and substance misuse issues. Additional support delivered by Learning Skills and Work Team . Those accommodated in the Transition Hub will have access to support from an on-site clinical psychologist, an occupational therapist, and a drugs worker. Additional to support staff.
