Who do we help?
Young single women aged 16-25 with support needs who are homeless or are at risk of homelessness. No local connection required.
Who we cannot help
Unmanaged addictions. Schedule 1 offenders/ People posing a risk to children. Sex offenders. Needs too high. Danger to self or others. Recent history of arson.

How to get a referral
Referral agencies
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency via St Basils Link or Youthline.
Referral procedure
Phone Youthline (a partnership between St Basils and 4 other organisations). Interview, needs and risk assessment. Placed on pre-registered list if suitable.

Support and accommodation
Support offered
5 full time staff, sleep-in cover. Compulsory keywork system, monthly meetings. Support plans, reviewed monthly. Staff provide advice and support around life skills, budgeting, accessing benefits, cooking, hygiene, sexual health and addressing substance misuse issues. In-house employability service
