Schedule 1 sex offenders. Arsonists may be accepted if cleared by insurance company.

How to get a referral
Referral agencies
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency via St Basils Youth Hub or Youthline.
Referral procedure
Phone Youthline on 0300 303 0099 - a partnership between St Basils and 4 other organisations. Interview, and needs and risk assessment at The Youth Hub. When vacancy arises The Link carry out up to date background checks.

Support and accommodation
Support offered
3 full time day and evening staff, 3 night and weekend staff. Keywork system with weekly meetings. Action plans (Outcomes Star) with agreed outcomes, reviewed weekly. Staff offer support with benefits, budgeting, shopping and other daily living skills, personal hygiene, nutrition, sexual health, substance misuse, family mediation and sessions on employment, education and training.
