How to get a referral

Referral procedure

Phone between 7.30am - 10pm for an application form. If the applicant complies with the referral criteria then an interview with be arranged with 2 members of staff. After the interview the applicant will be contacted to explain the next stages.

Support offered

5 full time staff, 24 hour cover. key worker system, with regular key working sessions. Staff provide help with daily living skills with a focus on supporting residents to reduce alcohol consumption.
