Who do we help?

The Longhills hostel is part of the Bristol complex needs service; which provides level 1 accommodation and housing related support for vulnerable adults with complex needs and/or mental health issues. Bristol City Council will investigate local connection. Can accept people with complex needs, including ex-offenders, people with mental health or drug/alcohol issues. Can also accept couples and pets.

No automatic exclusions. Applications considered on a case by case basis.

Support offered

Staff available 24/7. Keywork system with regular meetings. Complex Needs Workers support residents through a psychologically informed approach, tailored support planning. Signposting to specialist agencies. Residents are encouraged to take part in cookery workshops, DVD nights, use IT suite, join garden club.
