Female rough sleepers with multiple and complex needs who have been excluded from other accommodation projects. Must need intensive support and have a have a Hammersmith & Fulham connection. Will consider women with dogs.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Mainly accept referrals from Hammersmith & Fulham PATHS Team. Also accept referrals from West London Street Outreach Team if the individual is known to the Street Population Operational Group.

Referral procedure

Phone Mon-Fri 9am-5pm or write. Application form completed by referral agency and applicant. Assessment and interview. Require background information and proof of ID. Must be eligible for benefits.

Support and accommodation


Support offered

8 full-time staff, 24 hour waking cover. Keywork system with weekly meetings (1-2 residents per key worker). Action plans with agreed outcomes reviewed every 6 weeks. Staff and external agencies involved in support planning. Staff provide support around benefits, independent living skills, meaningful occupation, debt and making referrals to external agencies.
