Referral agencies

All referrals via LB Haringey Supported Housing Pathways Team.

Referral procedure

LB Haringey Vulnerable Adults Team are notified of vacancies and undertake initial assessment. Application form. Interview. Risk assessment. Try to fill vacancies within 24 hours.

Support offered

10 staff, 24 hour waking cover. Keywork system (3-5 residents per key worker) with fortnightly meetings. Action plans with agreed outcomes are developed jointly by resident, key worker and specialist staff, reviewed monthly. Provide support with medical issues, benefits, social and life skills. Focus of the scheme is to prepare residents for independent living. Literacy and computing training.
